An evening to connect with our ancestors , los abuelos/las and community.

Honoring the Ancestors
Join us in sacred circle to honor our lineage and connect with the spirit realms. We’ll open with meditation and Mexican hot chocolate, or Ayurvedic tonic (you pick) inviting loving memories and celebrating what has healed and receiving insights for continued evolution.

Together we’ll share stories and offerings for our ancestors, awakening the bridge between worlds. Each participant will receive a 10- 15 -minute channeled message and have time to ask one personal question.

Location: 4720 E 2nd St #6, Long Beach, CA
Time: 4:30 PM. come as early as 4 to connect with friends.
Exchange: $65

Bring a photo or small offering for the altar flowers, or anything your ancestor loved.

Gusto bread, tamales and hot chocolate will be provided.

Nature Summer Series

Reconnecting with Nature Summer Series

Join us each month for a nature attunement, an opportunity to ground, reconnect within, and align with the rhythm of Mother Earth.

These gatherings invite us to refine our frequency with nature and the infinite abundance of the Universe. A little woo-woo, a little science, and a lot of fun, inner peace, and heart-centered community.

Our first summer session will be held at El Dorado Park on June 22nd, welcoming the season under the Jacaranda trees, the open sky, and the nurturing embrace of Mama Earth.

$33 per family or group of 4

Signs will be placed to guide you to the right location within the park, and I’ll share a location pin on my Instagram stories the morning of the event.

Namaste and Welcome to the Authentic Ayurvedic Autumn Renewal

Join us for a revitalizing three-week autumn cleanse from September 15th through September 29th

What to Expect:

  • Deep Self-Care Rituals: Embrace ancient practices to nurture your body and mind.

  • Ayurvedic Cleansing: Enjoy soups and herbal teas designed to restore mental clarity.

  • Mindfulness Practices: Engage in meditation, nature immersion, and self-reflection.

  • Nature-based meditation and grounding exercises

  • Nourishing kitchari soups and seasonally stewed fruits

Outside of class you will prepare kitchari at home with the provided herbs and spices, and I’ll guide you through the process. I’m also available to help you gather supplies if needed. We will also have kitchari together in class and learn the specific herbs and spices that are ideal for each individual person. Ayurveda is effective in that it treats each individuals unique needs rather than one size fits all approach.
