🌿 Namaste & Welcome to the Authentic Ayurvedic Autumn Renewal 🌿
Join us for a deeply revitalizing three-week Ayurvedic cleanse
🌀 September 29 – October 13
This is a sacred time to slow down, reset, and align with the rhythms of nature. Our Autumn cleanse is designed to gently support your body and mind through seasonal transition with time-tested Ayurvedic wisdom.
🍂 What You’ll Experience:
Deep Self-Care Rituals: Ancient Ayurvedic practices to nourish your whole being
Seasonal Cleansing: Kitchari, healing soups, and herbal detox teas to restore clarity and vitality
Mindfulness & Connection: Meditation, nature immersion, and inner reflection to center and ground
✨ Program Highlights:
Personalized herb and dietary guidance based on your unique constitution
Detoxifying yoga and breathwork
Nature-based meditation and grounding rituals
Nourishing kitchari meals + seasonal stewed fruits
Ayurvedic lifestyle support for the transition into Vata season
Outside of class, you’ll be supported in preparing kitchari at home using provided herbs and spices. We’ll also gather in class to share meals and learn about each participant’s specific needs. This is the heart of Ayurveda: honoring the individual rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
